How do I know that I can make a claim?
You will be entitled to make a claim if you have suffered an injury, which was caused by someone else. How long will my claim take?
The type and severity of your injuries will determine how long a claim may take to settle. Will I have to fill out lots of paperwork and what will it cost me?
IQ Law will do most of the paperwork for you, however you will be required to check the details before it is put forward as part of your claim. We will help you throughout this process and give you clear and accurate advice. You will not be required to pay for any costs involved unless you provide untrue facts or fail to support your claim once it has been made by us. Most cases are handled on a “no win, no fee” basis that means we will only recover our fees from the other side if the case is successful. We will usually arrange insurance cover at no cost to you in order to pay for the other side’s costs if the case is unsuccessful.
